Harvest Fest has come and gone… But Long Cliff’s grapes are still on the vine!
Don & Kevin collected grape samples from the vineyard this weekend to run some tests in the lab, measuring the balance between brix (sugar) and acid to determine if the grapes are ready for harvest!
We all know good things come to those who wait… And as long as we’ve been waiting, we’re expecting some really GREAT things from our 2012 growing season! The coming months should yield some really great wines from all of our Niagara Wine Trail wineries!
