Spring is finally peeking around the corner, and at Long Cliff that means one thing: it’s time to bottle a brand‑new wine and celebrate the start of release season the way we love most — with you in the cellar, hands on the bottling line, crafting a bottle of wine that’s truly your own.
Our Spring Bottling Party is happening Friday, April 17th from 4–8pm, and if you’ve never joined us for one of these events, this is your moment. We only host bottling parties twice a year, and every single time, people tell us they wish they hadn’t waited to grab tickets. Once they’re gone… they’re gone.
⭐ A Limited‑Edition Spring Release
This season’s wine is something special — a semi‑sweet white blend made from:
- Delicate Pinot Gris
- Savory, fruit‑forward Riesling
- The beloved WNY classic, Niagara
It’s bright, refreshing, and practically begging to be poured on the first warm patio day of the year. But here’s the catch: this batch is extremely small. The only guaranteed way to get a bottle is to join us at the bottling party!

There’s something magical about watching the wine flow into the bottle you’ll take home. It’s hands‑on, it’s personal, and it’s one of our favorite traditions at the winery.
