Long Cliff is featuring our 2011 Sauvignon Blanc! While the name literally translates to “Wild White,” this wine is loaded with grassy aromatics & tropical fruit notes. The bright palate is balanced with a refreshing acidity that blends the flavors together… Crisp! Elegant! Fresh!
We recommend trying it with Grandpa’s famous salmon recipe. Serve with sauteed green vegetables, briny cheeses, or a white bean casserole!
