Our Spring Bottling Party is happening THIS Friday, April 17th from 4–8pm, and if you’ve never joined us for one of these events, this is your moment. We only host bottling parties twice a year, and every single time, people tell us they wish they hadn’t waited to grab tickets. Don’t miss out!

This season’s wine is something special — a semi‑sweet white blend made from:
- Delicate Pinot Gris
- Savory, fruit‑forward Riesling
- The beloved WNY classic, Niagara
It’s bright, refreshing, and practically begging to be poured on the first warm patio day of the year. But here’s the catch: this batch is extremely small. After Friday’s party, we don’t expect this bottle to stick around the tasting room too long!
