We are excited to announce that we will be participating in Where Buffalo Wines‘ next event!
“The Vintners Quadrille” will dance its way around the Niagara Wine Trail on Wednesday evening, November 14th, 2012.
Guests will be treated to a gourmet dish at four different wineries during the course of the evening. Each participating vintner will have a talented local chef as his partner as the event progresses from site to site.
After meeting at the starting winery for a sampling of wines and some light Hors d’oeuvres the guests will sit down for their first course and wine pairing. Next they will be elegantly transported by limousine to the next stop for the next course and wine pairing, and so on until they have completed the quadrille and returned to the starting winery .
The Dance Card includes stops at:
- Long Cliff Vineyard & Winery
- A Gust of Sun Winery
- Arrowhead Spring Vineyards
- & Chateau Niagara Winery
Participating restaurants & caterers will be finalized within the next few days and will include some of the finest chefs in Western New York.
