Although it’s still snowing outside, we’re anticipating the beginning of spring and all the “Madness” that March brings! Spring is always a busy time at Long Cliff! March is spent preparing for upcoming events, both offsite and at the winery, including SEAsonings, to benefit the Aquarium of Niagara, as well as the April and May Niagara Wine Trail events that tickets have ALREADY gone on sale for! Make sure you pre-order before they’re gone, tickets WILL sell out!
Additionally, we’re getting ready for the late Spring launch of some of our 2012 Vintages! (…Including a little something sweet for all you “Niagara” winos out there! SPOILER ALERT!! I’ve said too much!)
We’re Marching into Spring with exclusive savings all weekend, every weekend! Throughout the entire month, come in for a tasting and participate in our “Easter Egg Hunt”- each egg hiding a prize inside, including a few free tastings!
We’re also giving away a lunch for two with our chief winemaker himself, Donald DeMaison, at Woodcock Brother’s Brewery! Talk with Don about his passion for wine, how Long Cliff got it’s start, and what’s up and coming for 2013 and beyond!! Stop in for details on how to win!
Still not sure what wine to serve at your Easter Brunch? We’re recommending our Pinot Gris across the board- it’s the perfect sipping wine for a morning with family, and pairs great with an Easter breakfast spread of fresh fruit, pastries, cheeses and baguettes!
But if you have plans to serve something else, stop by with your menu on hand and let our tasting room girls help you decide what might be best! If there’s one thing our staff loves more than wine, it’s pairing it with good food! Knowledgable and friendly, we’re always here to help! Never hesitate to ask!!
